| dc.description.abstract | In a context of globalization, foreign languages acquisition is becoming a necessary tool for communication. The relatively poor results of the Algerian public educational sector in providing a comprehensive languages tuition has led to private language schools having become a stronger viable alternative. In addition to the role they play in enhancing anguages proficiency, these schools play a key role in the economic development as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). However, these SMEs have to overcome challenges in their path towards growth. Hence, the primary purpose of this research is to determine the internal constraints that are likely to hinder its growth. The socio-economic diagnosis of the school (qualitative study) provided us with an in-depth view of the dysfunctions engendered by the company’s growth, their root causes and the way in which they may hinder the company’s further expansion. | |
