Our research focuses on the impact of Lean on the operational performance of organizations. The question of this study is to determine the nature of the relationship between Lean principles and operational performance, as well as the effect of the application of these principles on this performance. Using a mixed-method approach, we combined a thorough literature review with qualitative interviews of 5 senior managers and directors. Additionally, we distributed 50 questionnaires among Degla Expo employees. the study findings highlight Lean management as a key tool for improving operational performance and show that Lean practices positively influence on operational performance. | |
