This study examines the impact of remote work on teacher performance at. The main objective is to identify the key factors influencing teachers’ effectiveness in a remote work environment, particularly autonomy, communication with students, technological infrastructure, workload, and stress. To achieve this objective, a quantitative approach was adopted through a questionnaire administered to 100 teachers. The collected data were analyzed using statistical methods including descriptive analysis, correlation, and multiple regression. The findings reveal that autonomy, communication, and technological tools positively influence performance, whereas stress and workload negatively affect teachers’ effectiveness and satisfaction. The study also highlights the importance of an appropriate digital environment in improving teachers’ performance and well-being
