Abstract
There are many theories used to retain talents, among them HR Marketing which is a
holistic approach that seeks to retain and develop talents. So nowadays, the companies are
confronted to the phenomenon of talent drain which is very expensive for them.
Since the organisations are not spared from this problem of talent turnover, as we have
noticed it through our informational interviews within our company object of research,
because of this, our research subject aims, through a qualitative method, to show the
importance of adopting the techniques of HR Marketing so that to retain its talented
employees.
