Implementing an internal project management mechanism: case study PED Division Sonatrach

Abstract

Over the years and more importantly in the recent managing projects have been used as a delivery mechanism to do business and accomplish objectives. No wonder it has become one of the fastest growing professions in the world. Internal projects are characterized by organizational development and strong competition for internal personnel and management attention to guarantee the success of it and ensure a better performance, this study aims to investigates the impact of implementing an internal project management mechanism on the Sonatrach PED division project.
