dc.description.abstractOur study deals with the impact of emotional intelligence on the engagement of employees in the workplace. Indeed, highly competitive organizations are aware that their competitive advantage lies in their human capital. In this vein, we stress on emotional intelligence and employee engagement, which deem as an important factor in the success of modern organizations today.The study presents PSC Algeria as a field to our research. Thus, the results are an attempt to contribute to the improvement of our two concepts by numerous constructive recommendations, which will lead to another level.
