dc.description.abstractThis thesis investigates integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into SONATRACH's decision-making processes to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making accuracy, and predictive analysis. Through semi-structured interviews with SONATRACH employees, the study explores their perceptions and expectations of AI. Findings suggest AI can automate routine tasks, optimize resource allocation, and reduce decision-making time. Predictive analytics driven by AI helps anticipate trends and identify risks. Challenges include technical barriers, ethical considerations, and the need for employee training. The study proposes a phased AI implementation approach, starting with pilot projects. Recommendations include robust training programs, an ethical AI usage framework, and strategic resource allocation for AI infrastructure. AI can transform SONATRACH's operations, improving agility and efficiency, and positioning it as a leader in the energy sector. Future research should assess the long-term impact and explore emerging AI technologies.
