Les déterminants de la performance organisationnelle : etude empirique sur quelques entreprises économiques algériennes

Abstract

Le succès d’une entreprise se manifeste dans sa performance organisationnelle face aux challenges et la compétition du contexte actuel de la mondialisation. Dans cette recherche, nous avons mis en évidence les différents facteurs déterminants de la performance organisationnelle. Nous avons réalisé une étude quantitative auprès de 104 entreprises économiques algériennes, par le biais d’un questionnaire. Les données recueillies ont été traitées par une analyse factorielle en composantes principales. Les résultats attestent que cinq facteurs (environnement externe, leadership, mesure de performance, innovation et développement et technologies d’information) fortement significatifs à la performance totale. In this research, we have identified the various factors that affect the organization's performance. For this purpose, we carried out a quantitative survey of 104 Algerian economic companies using a survey. The data collected were processed by principal component factor analysis. According to the results, five factors (external environment, leadership, performance measurement, innovation and development, and information technology) are very important for global performance. In the end, organizational performance is an important component for the sustainable development of the ecosystem.
