dc.description.abstractThe telecommunications market in Algeria is one of the biggest and most important markets in the country. It has recorded a great evolution the last 10 years, and this evolution affected the first activity in the field that is the land line phone business. For this reason we are going to try to understand why this segment was declining in revenues, by conducting a strategic diagnosis for the environment and the company, analyze the strategic actions and decisions taken by the company to deal with this decline and evaluate the strategy. At the end we propose some actions that the company must consider to enhance and make the most of its strategy.
