One of the key determinants in project completion, continuity, and overcoming operational challenges in the energy sector is the maintenance function. This study examines the role of maintenance performance in strategic planning and its impact on overall project performance, as deficiencies in any aspect of maintenance can lead to economic repercussions and safety risks. This study employed an analytical methodology to evaluate the performance of maintenance teams using MS Project software as a scheduling and task management tool. The findings indicate that the optimal use of digital planning tools effectively contributes to prioritizing tasks, improving the allocation of human resources (maintenance technicians), and developing work procedures, thereby reducing unplanned downtime and enhancing project efficiency.
