The topic of health and safety holds significant importance, attracting the attention of many institutions due to its considerable impact on organizational continuity and employee stability. This study aims to examine the impact of occupational health and safety programs on achieving job stability among the workers of the N’GAOUS institution. Adopting a quantitative approach, the study analyzed questionnaire data using the SPSS program. The findings revealed that workers at N’GAOUS recognize the importance of periodic maintenance of machinery and equipment by the organization and its administration. However, the study also highlighted a lack of available safety equipment, underscoring the need to improve working conditions and organize training sessions and awareness lectures on risks and safety procedures. Such initiatives are expected to enhance employee satisfaction and sense of security, ultimately contributing to greater job stability.
