The main objective of this study is to assess the Organisational readiness of Air Algérie, Algeria's national carrier, for the adoption of two key IATA digital standards: One ID and ONE Order. This assessment is conducted through an inductive qualitative approach, based on semi-directive expert interviews and field observations carried out within two operational divisions, the Commercial Division and the Ground Handling Operations Division, and Analysed using NVivo 15 software. The results reveal a dual-speed readiness profile: the Commercial Division demonstrates moderate strategic awareness of the ONE Order standard, supported by an NDC deployment roadmap, while the Ground Handling Division presents critically low readiness for One ID adoption, marked by infrastructure deficits, awareness gaps, and the absence of any formal institutional strategy. A structured gap analysis confirms that the current legacy system built on the fragmented PNR, E-Ticket, and EMD architecture remains significantly misaligned with both standards. This study highlights the interdependence of One ID and ONE Order as mutually reinforcing pillars of a unified digital passenger journey, and proposes a set of strategic recommendations to guide Air Algérie's modernization trajectory
