In the context of accelerated digital transformation, the transition to Logistics 4.0 represents a major strategic challenge for industrial firms in emerging economies. This study aims to assess the Organisational Capabilities of BOMARE COMPANY for this transition, by identifying the capability dimensions that most significantly predict it. Drawing on a positivist quantitative approach and a structured questionnaire administered to employees, analysed through multiple linear regression, the findings confirm that Technological capability is the dominant predictor, followed by Human Capital Capability and the current logistics system state. Organisational capabilities produced no significant direct effect, while Strategic Orientation revealed a perception gap between managerial ambitions and operational reality.
