In a constantly evolving work environment where employee expectations continue to rise, staff retention has become a significant challenge for companies. This study aims to understand the impact of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on employee retention by analyzing key factors such as work-life balance, the work environment, recognition, and job security. A quantitative approach was adopted through the distribution of a structured questionnaire to a sample of employees from various sectors. The data were analyzed to examine the relationship between QWL and employee loyalty. The results reveal a significant link between a high quality of work life and employees’ willingness to remain with the organization. Employees who are satisfied with their working conditions particularly regarding balance, recognition, and security demonstrate greater commitment. These findings underscore the strategic importance of investing in QWL to reduce turnover and enhance employee loyalty.
