Abstract

this study analyzes the effect of providing child care service onsite on the performance of working mothers at the National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Employees (CNAS) Tiaret, The hub of the study is to knowhow it influences motivation and absenteeism overall performance, also how it affects the leadership style. The population of the sample is 20 working mothers with children under the age of five, a qualitative study, using a semi-structured interview guide and observation was employed in gathering the data. Qualitative Content Analysis i used in analyzing the data. The results show that the provision of daily childcare services within the workplace has positive repercussions at various levels, providing the appropriate atmospheres, achieving and social stability for the families of employed and working mothers; it will also be a source of motivation for them to provide high job performance and reduce the frequency of their absence or delay.
