The aim of our work is to investigate how the COVID-19 epidemic affected the organizational change procedures at the logistics group Logitrans. The theoretical chapter offers a literature review, a conceptual framework, and models of change. The methodological chapter describes the organizational environment, the two employed approaches, the qualitative method, and the quantitative methodology, utilized to gather and analyze data through semi-structured interviews, conducted with 8 directors in the Logitrans Covid crisis unit, and a financial analysis to measure the company’s performance. The results of the study show the employing of a change model “Mckinsey’s model” in this case helped to manage the change implementation process and its management. This study attempts to offer lessons that can be applied to other businesses facing comparable issues by looking at the particular instance of Logitrans, COVID-19 effects, employees’ satisfaction, and the financial and economic performance and survival.
