dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study is to analyze the employment policies of CONCORDAL SPA and to highlight the role of these policies in the selection of workers with performance; we applied this study to the employees of the company. Using this analysis, we presented the degree of efficiency of these policies in the selection of workers with performance, in addition To giving recommendations that would improve the company's employment policies.
