Abstract

The communications sector in Algeria is witnessing a qualitative leap, as confirmed by the Information and Communications Technology Development Index. IDI Issued by the International Telecommunication Union (2023)Despite the progress achieved by this sector, it faces many challenges, as telecommunications institutions work to develop their businesses and improve the quality of their services in light of the intense competition and rapid technological development. To achieve this, it has become necessary for them to adopt new strategies that enable them to achieve their goals efficiently. Digital transformation is one of the most important of these strategies, which affects the entity of the institution as a whole, as it contributes to ensuring the optimal utilization of the institution’s resources, especially internal ones (IT infrastructure, technical capabilities, information systems).
