Strategic planning for project initiation following project management approach: case study: launching of the air freight project for Tassili Airlines

Abstract

Our interdisciplinary research, which is part of the field of management and entrepreneurship in the digital era, aims to analyze not only the strategic planning method adopted by Tassili Airlines, but especially the project management approach according to the PMBOK guide (2017). The exploratory nature of this work conducted through the analysis of the interviews contributes to the launch of a new commercial activity of the air freight project and designing of a marking and unforgettable "customer experience".
