Abstract
In the current competitive business environment, effective strategic decision-making is crucial for organizational success. This dissertation explores the contribution of management control systems to the strategic decision-making process at Algérie Télécom. Through qualitative research using semi-structured interviews with senior managers and control officers, this study examines how management control tools influence strategic decisions, the mechanisms that add the most value, and the extent to which these tools improve decision quality. The findings highlight the significant role of management control in enhancing strategic decision-making, providing practical recommendations for improving these systems at Algérie Télécom and similar organizations.
