Contribution to the implementation of an integrated management system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001 : 2015 and ISO 45001 : 2018 Standards: case Equipment Manufacturing service - AMENHYD Spa

Abstract

Over the last twenty years, companies have been faced with major new challenges in ensuring not only the improvement of their products and services but also the safety of people, working conditions as well as the environmental performance of the company. Consequently, concrete and measurable actions are required through voluntary commitment to a global QSE improvement approach: the integrated management system which allows organizations that implement it to obtain a competitive advantage over their competitors. The objective of this work is mainly to prepare the prerequisites for the implementation of an integrated management system within equipment manufacturing service in the company « AMENHYD Spa » which is active in the field of water treatment and environment and also to allow AMENHYD Spa to prepare its triple certification based on ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 standards.
